How our online store works
IN-STORE OR CURBSIDE PICKUP:
- Each week, orders placed before 11:59 PM Sunday will be available for pickup beginning on Tuesday at 11 AM.
- Please note: When our shop is closed for a Monday holiday, orders will be ready on the Wednesday after, not the Tuesday after. For a list of closures, click here.
- In-store pickups: Ask for your order at the register
- Curbside pickups: Give us a call at (412) 473-0100 when you arrive and we’ll get your order out to you.
- Don’t worry if you miss your earliest available pickup day, we’ll keep your order for up to 30 days and you can come by any day of the week 11 AM – 5 PM.
- Orders left over 30 days are considered abandoned and cannot be refunded.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
- Wednesdays 3 PM – 6 PM
- If you live within 5 miles of our shop, you can select the $10 flat rate delivery option at checkout. Your items will be delivered between 3 – 6 PM on Wednesdays. Delivery times and days are subject to change.
SHIPPING TO ANYWHERE IN THE US!
- We offer domestic shipping in the online store.
- Orders will be shipped within 7 days of purchase. Due to size and/or weight restrictions some items are not eligible for shipping.

- Can’t find what you need on our online store? Can’t participate in in-person shopping? Fear not! Simply fill out the easy online form and we will do our best to search our shop and collect the items you’re after. Curbside pickup, local delivery, and shipping are all available for personal shopping orders, too!
